1. 退货退款流程更新
为了给买卖双方提供更优质的服务,Shopee平台优化了退货退款的流程。新的退货退款流程可以在为卖家节省处理退货退款的时间和成本的同时,为买家带来流畅的购物体验。目前新退货退款流程适用于新加坡站点、马来西亚站点、泰国站点、越南站点、菲律宾站点的商城卖家,8月10日开始将适用于 站点的商城卖家,其他卖家退货退款流程更新时间将另行通知。

在新的退货退款流程中,卖家无需自行处理退货退款请求,Shopee平台将会评估所有退货退款请求。
注:
1. 为了使退货退款结果更加的公正,有时卖家需要在Shopee作出评判前补充提供一些证据或相关信息。Shopee将通过卖家中心与卖家进行联系。
2. 若买家申请退货退款的商品品类无法退货(例如:一次性商品),但买家的请求成立。Shopee将仅为买家提供退款服务。
2. 退货退款相关费用
1)物流运输费用
*目前仅适用于菲律宾站点商城卖家和泰国站点所有卖家。
对于已经出库发往目的地站点但未成功完成的订单,卖家需要支付SLS总物流费用。
2)买家退货运费
*目前仅适用于菲律宾站点商城卖家。
对于成功退货退款的订单,卖家需要支付买家退货至Shopee当地仓库的运费。
卖家可以在卖家中心【我的收入】→【收入详情】中查看费用收取的情况。
3. 常见问题
1)若我只想为买家提供退款服务无需买家退货,我应该怎么做?
在Shopee批准买家退货请求后,在买家发货之前卖家仍然可以向买家提供仅退款服务。如果买家接受卖家提供的退款金额,他们将无需退货。
2)如何避免买家滥用给我带来损失?
Shopee平台建立了买家评估系统来保护卖家免受买家滥用行为带来的损失。该系统用于检测具有异常行为的买家,这些滥用退货政策的买家将受到严格限制。同时,Shopee平台将为买家提供明确清晰的退货指南。若买家蓄意退回损坏的或错误的商品,Shopee平台将可能扣除买家的退款金额并退还卖家。
